KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) -- An annual concert that draws hundreds of tourists to celebrate Bob Marley's birthday has been canceled for the first time since its inception in 1992 over noise complaints.

Embattled deejay, Mark 'Buju Banton' Myrie, who has been in Federal custody since December last year, is scheduled to return to court for a status conference today.

Jamaican musician -- and son of reggae legend Bob Marley -- Stephen Marley has won a Grammy for Best Reggae Album for his acoustic version of the album 'Mind Control.' This original 'Mind Control' also won the same award back in 2008.

On top of the abuse it is being reported that Kartel is refusing to release the young lady from her contract after she subsequently decided to no longer be associated with the same people who felt the need to abuse her...Kartel is easily in first place for asshole of the year.
